Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have provided psychotherapy in hospital, school, and community settings. I believe that mental health is as important as physical health, and that the mind and body are closely interconnected. Over the past eight years, I have focused on providing trauma-informed treatment to children and their families to help them heal from complex trauma.

My approach to therapy

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in successful treatment. I strive to create this connection through open-ended questions, active listening, and a client-centered approach. I believe that everyone has the capacity to feel better, and I am honored to support clients as they move through their journey of healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we are a good fit. I strongly believe that clients should feel empowered to “shop around” when selecting a therapist, ensuring they find someone they feel comfortable with and who can provide effective treatment approaches aligned with their goals.
