Great to meet you!

I work with people who are navigating self-doubt, depression, anxiety, an inner critic and perfectionism. Many feel the pressure to hide behind protective masks and have lost touch with their authentic self. They desire to feel at peace, to trust themselves, understand their behaviors and emotions, and develop an anchor of steadiness. My job isn't to "fix" you, it's to help you become aware of the patterns, often subconscious, that are at the root of pain. As we work together to make sense of one these patterns, change becomes easier.

I have over 4 years of experience in the mental health field, including 3.5 years in a hospital setting. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed in Oregon and earned my M.S.W. from George Fox University.

My approach to therapy

I offer gentle attunement and listen to understand your inner world, patterns, and the thought/emotional reactions keeping you stuck. My approach combines mindfulness, self-awareness, self-compassion, and nervous system work to create inner safety that leads to real transformation that lasts beyond our work together.

What you can expect from me

In the first session you can expect a warm approach, compassion, and empathy. I will work to understand your presenting problem and collaborate with you to define your goals for the therapeutic focus.
