Great to meet you!

I’m Ashley Holmes. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, relationships, identity, and emotional wellness. My work is rooted in the belief that every person has a story worth understanding and that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly seen.

Throughout my clinical career, I have supported adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, mood disorders, and difficulty managing the emotional demands of everyday life. I specialize in working with individuals who are carrying the weight of burnout, chronic stress, caregiving responsibilities, leadership roles, generational patterns, attachment wounds, identity shifts, and the pressure of always needing to be strong for others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, creating a safe space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in making meaningful change. I believe therapy is a partnership that honors each person’s unique story, strengths, and path toward healing.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin getting to know you, your story, and what brought you to therapy. We will discuss your current challenges, goals for treatment, background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will take time to answer questions, explain my approach, and begin identifying areas where we can focus to support your growth and healing. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and confident that therapy is a collaborative process designed around your unique needs.
