Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes the power of therapy comes from you - your insight, your strength, and your capacity for meaningful change. I strive to create a warm, grounded space that helps guide you towards restoring your nervous system, reconnecting with yourself, and rebuilding a life that feels meaningful and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and perinatal mental health concerns. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, mindfulness, and nervous-system-informed care to help you better understand your patterns and respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility and self-compassion. Together, we’ll work toward changes that feel aligned, practical, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Your first complimentary consultation is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin exploring what brings you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope to gain from our work together. In your first session, we will discuss your current concerns, relevant experiences, strengths, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I strive to create a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as you are without pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll identify an initial direction for therapy that feels meaningful, manageable, and aligned with what matters most to you.
