Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada with over 10 years of experience working in mental health. I value putting the patient first, and I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, dignity and compassion. I seek to educate patients and their loved ones on mental health and alleviate any stigmatizing labels associated with mental health treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, existential and compassion focused therapy, with a focus on mindful body and emotion awareness, mindful self-compassion and radical acceptance. I believe in a person/client centered approach, which focuses on tailoring my approach based on the unique, and individual needs of each patient.

What you can expect from me

It takes courage to seek help with improving your emotional well being and mental health. Together we can work towards achieving a more fulfilling and happier quality of life, and becoming the best version of yourself.
