Great to meet you!

I have a specialized interest in working with parents and caregivers of children living with chronic illness. I understand that when your child is navigating long-term medical challenges, the entire family is impacted. You may find yourself juggling multiple responsibilities—managing numerous medical appointments, advocating for your child, maintaining a household, and holding space for the emotional needs of your child and family—all while trying to keep yourself afloat. As a caregiver, you may feel overwhelmed, isolated, and emotionally exhausted as you navigate your new normal. You may be experiencing grief and self-doubt.

I also have extensive experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and moral injury, with a special focus on veterans, first responders, healthcare providers, and those from dysfunctional families. My clinical approach integrates various techniques to help clients process past and current challenges, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and strength.
