My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to provide feedback to clients to encourage insight and identify faulty thinking. I keep an open mind while reflecting back observations of behavior and functioning. I have worked with a variety of issues from ADHD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, to PTSD. I offer teletherapy and in person to clients.

What you can expect from me

A client can expect to get tools to help cope with life stressors. I spend time exploring cause for current problems and forming solutions. Clients will gain understanding of how they starting struggling so they can avoid these situations in the future. I help clients cope with stressors of life and holistic treatment for mental health disorders.
