Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 10+ years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient services. I am seasoned in working with depression, anxiety, attachment and relationships, self-esteem and identity building and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I'm a laid back person who uses humor and honesty to build trust and connection.

What you can expect from me

My intake session is mostly information gathering and rapport building in order to build trust and have an understanding of what your needs are. In future sessions we will identify a few main goals and create a plan of what progress looks like for each of them. I like to include practical tasks for you to work on outside of sessions as the need arises.
