Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Ashley and I support adults by offering space, authenticity, and tools to move through the ups and downs in life. I've been a therapist for nearly a decade and my passion is working with adults who have experienced trauma and/or substance use.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy with authenticity and sometimes some humor when appropriate. I try to offer a space where you can be yourself, without judgement, because let's be honest we judge ourselves way too harshly. Therapy can be intense but it can also be a really beautiful thing and I hope to provide a nice balance for folks who are willing to give it a try.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is that you feel validated, respected, and heard in session. I will also challenge you, because we all need to be guided or pushed to do what's helpful, even if it's uncomfortable.
