Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist, and I am passionate about helping people connect to their story. I help create a safe space for you to explore the themes and elements of your individual story and its impact. These insights will guide you through self-discovery and self-growth to enable you to live a more authentic life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Family of origin issues, early attachment, and personality development are incorporated into my approach to therapy. I am also certified in EMDR therapy, a trauma-based technique.
