Great to meet you!

For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. I have supported patients with managing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship stress, family conflict, and trauma. My approach is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you at your own pace, offering encouragement and support throughout your journey.

I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Towson University.

My approach to therapy

My background in family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care gives me a range of tools to draw from. I believe in finding what works best for each person, and I’m here to help in whatever way I can. I enjoy my work and would be grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a welcoming space where you feel supported. In our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you in and what you hope to get out of therapy. We'll discuss your goals and concerns, and together we'll create a plan that fits your needs.
