Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I love helping people with their mental health needs related to pregnancy and postpartum recovery. This includes partners and coparents. I am also specialized in the treatment of OCD using Exposure Response Prevention, and I have worked with diverse clients across the lifespan who are impacted by OCD. I am a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, and Indiana Wesleyan University, and I have my Perinatal Mental Health certification from Postpartum Support International. Therapy models I use most often include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to help my clients find empowerment and healing through identifying their strengths and reframe their challenges. I am solution focused and utilize humor often. I am nonjudgmental and help clients release shame through radical acceptance. I am also a person with lived experience, and I find that adds valuable perspective to my practice.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I want to identify what matters most to you in therapy and begin defining our goals and the steps we can take to get you to where you want to be in life.
