I'm Ashley, a licensed therapist and owner of Evermore Therapy and Wellness. I work with women and adolescents (13+) navigating trauma, unhealthy relationships, and anxiety. I have over 8 years of experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and childhood trauma. I’m trained in EMDR and I’m passionate about helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on building a strong, trusting relationship. I want you to feel safe enough to be open about what you're going through, without fear of judgment. I use a mix of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and Somatic Therapy, to help you process trauma, manage anxiety, and better understand the mind-body connection. Together, we’ll work at your pace while building skills that help you feel more confident and in control.

During the first session, we’ll go at your pace and focus on what feels most important for you to share. I’ll ask some questions to understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to dive into anything you’re not ready for. We’ll talk about your goals and what you’d like to get out of therapy, and I’ll answer any questions you have so you feel more at ease moving forward.
