Great to meet you!

I have always worked in the mental health field and bring a deep passion for supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and my heart especially connects with kiddos and adults navigating ADHD and anxiety. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of populations and presenting concerns, which allows me to meet clients where they are with flexibility and understanding. My approach is person-centered and solution-focused, emphasizing collaboration, strengths, and practical tools that support meaningful change while honoring each client’s unique experiences and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and client-focused, meaning clients drive the session and are viewed as the experts on their own lives. I believe my role is to help guide, reflect, and support clients in uncovering what they already know they need. I show up as a human first and a therapist second—bringing authenticity, humor, and warmth into the space. While I aim to be gentle and compassionate, I’m also direct and honest when it’s helpful for growth. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and focused on creating a safe environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward in ways that feel right for them.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space focused on getting to know them as a whole person. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been challenging, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and supports, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll review important information such as confidentiality and expectations, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and solution-focused, so the first session is about building connection, clarity, and a sense of safety as we lay the foundation for future work together.
