Great to meet you!

You might be dealing with trauma, stress, or life changes that feel overwhelming or hard to manage on your own. Whether it’s PTSD, struggles with alcohol or substance use, ADHD, or grief, it can feel exhausting trying to keep everything together.

I work with adults, including first responders and individuals navigating trauma, addiction, and major transitions, to help you feel more stable, clear, and in control. My goal is to provide a structured, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing and start moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand the patterns behind their thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses so they can begin to change them in practical ways.

Together, we’ll work on processing trauma, improving focus and regulation, reducing substance use patterns, and building tools that help you handle stress and daily challenges more effectively. My approach is both structured and collaborative, focused on helping you create real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to feel unsure at first.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what challenges you’re facing, and what you want to work toward. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time—we’ll move at your pace while focusing on helping you feel supported, understood, and clear on next steps.
