Great to meet you!
I specialize in supporting women through the many transitions and challenges that can arise across the lifespan. Whether you're navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period, adjusting to parenthood and the changes it brings to your identity and relationships, or developing a healthier relationship with food and your body, I strive to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard and understood.
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and have experience in both medical social work and private group practice. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on women's mental health and the emotional, relational, and physical changes that can occur throughout life.
I have advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI), with experience treating pregnancy and postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and adjustment to parenthood. I am also trained in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) and have specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders. My clinical interests include disordered eating, mild binge eating disorder, body image concerns, and body dysmorphia. I also have experience supporting women using GLP-1 medications and those adjusting after bariatric surgery as they navigate changes in eating behaviors, body image, and their relationship with food.
