Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting teens and adults through life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I am passionate about empowering individuals to navigate everyday struggles, build emotional awareness, and develop tools for healthier living. Whether someone is facing anxiety, trauma, depression, or suicidal thoughts, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can be seen, heard, and supported. My mission is to walk alongside clients as they reclaim their voice, build confidence, and move towards a more hopeful and fulfilling future.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, meaning I believe each person holds the inner strength and capacity for growth, and my role is to help uncover that potential. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) to provide individualized support that promotes healing, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my first goal is to establish a connection with you. This connection is vital to promote healing and change. My second goal is to identify what you would like to get out of therapy. This helps us stay on track and make the most of your time with me. The third goal is to determine how often to meet and when.
