Great to meet you!

It's great to meet you.

My name is Ashley Steele, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship problems.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

I very much like a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self-care. I like a person-centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session

My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session. Rapport building initially and I want to hear your story! I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable or like they are giving up their past to someone they don't know. I believe in a trust-based relationship and going at your own pace.
