Great to meet you!

I'm a queer therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions like divorce, chronic illness, and career changes. My approach is collaborative and affirming—I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen and supported as your full self.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients, and bring a trauma-informed, relational lens to our work. Clients often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are or what’s next. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s getting in the way, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we move at their pace. My goal is to help you feel more connected—to yourself, your values, and the people in your life. Together, we’ll build insight, explore patterns, and develop tools that feel doable and sustainable.

Many clients leave sessions with a deeper understanding of their needs and emotions, increased self-trust, and practical strategies for managing stress, improving communication, or navigating change. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or in the middle of a major life transition, I’m here to help you feel less alone in the process.
