Great to meet you!

Helping teens and adults manage anxiety, ADHD, and life stress while building confidence and practical coping skills. I provide a supportive, solution-focused space where clients can feel understood and develop tools for meaningful change. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, academic or work stress, social challenges, family conflict, or major life changes.

I have extensive experience supporting students in middle school, high school, and college, as well as adults adjusting to career pressures, life transitions, and changing relationships.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate creative and art-based approaches for clients who find it helpful to express thoughts and emotions visually rather than through words alone.

My goal is to help clients feel understood while developing practical skills to manage challenges, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and solution-focused. I work with clients to identify their strengths while building strategies that help them navigate difficult emotions and situations.

I often draw from approaches such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and change unhelpful thought patterns
  • Solution-Focused Therapy to build on existing strengths and create achievable goals
  • Art-based and creative interventions that allow clients to express feelings, process experiences, and explore ideas in a different way
  • Skills-based strategies for managing anxiety, stress, and ADHD
  • Supportive counseling to process emotions and life experiences in a safe environment

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, your goals for counseling, and any past experiences that may be helpful for me to understand.

You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with—there’s no pressure and no judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and supported.

Together we’ll begin identifying goals for our work and discuss approaches that may be helpful for you. For clients who are interested, this can also include creative or art-based techniques alongside traditional talk therapy.
