A bit about my approach to therapy

I view things through an attachment-based lens, am trained in EMDR (trauma therapy), and i often incorporate various other modalities into my practice such as: Cognitive behavioral therapy, Internal Family Sytems, psychoanalytic/dreamwork, and mindfulness self-compassion. I also have extensive knowledge on helping Indvidual with managing ADHD symptoms.

I prioritize collaborating with my clients to build a trusting, nonjudgmental, laid-back relationship that allows me to provide validation, introspection, while also keeping it real and challenging you to do the deeper work that often constitutes healing.
