Great to meet you!

With over seven years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, and grief while guiding them toward emotional balance, purpose, and healing. My holistic approach integrates the mind, body, and spirit—helping clients strengthen their overall well-being through healthy routines, daily grounding practices, and mindset transformation.

In my work, I help clients build stronger relationships in friendships, family, and marriage through forgiveness-based therapy, improved communication, and self-awareness. I believe that healing within relationships begins with grace—for oneself and others—and that intentional connection is a vital part of personal growth.

Through individual therapy and group therapeutic retreats, I create spaces where people can reflect, release, and rebuild. My goal is to help each client develop coping tools, nurturing habits, and a renewed sense of peace that supports their transformation both personally and relationally.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, compassionate, and deeply personalized. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),Motivational Interviewing, Bibliotherapy, Forgiveness Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques to support clients in creating lasting emotional and behavioral change.

I believe that healing and growth happen when we treat the whole person—not just the problem. That’s why I use a holistic approach that considers each individual’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of the person or group I’m working with, ensuring that therapy feels both practical and empowering.

Whether we’re working through anxiety, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you build resilience, find balance, and create a more peaceful, purpose-driven life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about connection and clarity. Together, we’ll take time to build rapport, discuss what led you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals for our work together. I want to understand not only the challenges you’re facing but also the strengths, values, and supports that already help keep you grounded.

During this session, we’ll explore what balance and well-being look like for you—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we begin crafting a plan tailored to your needs.

By the end of our first meeting, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction, initial tools for grounding and reflection, and the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
