Great to meet you!

We all face challenging feelings, these feelings are normal; however, sometimes we need to develop the right tools to deal with them in a healthy way. I have a passion for mental health and supporting those on their journey to wellness. I integrate mental, physical, and spiritual health to help clients achieve overall wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe in using a holistic approach tailored to fit your needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy; your story is unique to you. I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, and domestic violence. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and School Counselor, I have experience helping teens, young adults, and their families with a variety of challenging situations. My approaches include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psycho-education.

What you can expect from me

Everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and encouraged to make positive changes! I am so glad you have taken that first step of seeking help and look forward to meeting with you!
