My approach to therapy

Dr. Ashley has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and their families, providing individual, couples, group, and family therapy. Throughout her career, she has worked in several settings, including crisis centers, private practice, and group practice centers. Dr. Ashley specializes in working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, sexuality, and substance abuse. Ashley uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques with her clientele.

What you can expect from me

Clients should expect to ask and answer questions in relation to their mental health background and how long has the issue been present. I would like to accomplish a completed treatment plan in the first session. If this is your first time having therapy, I would love to ease your mind by answering any questions about what our therapy sessions may look like or collaborating on goals that you may have challenges with. My goal is to guide you into becoming a better version of yourself.
