Great to meet you!

I currently offer limited evening and weekend telehealth sessions for individuals seeking flexible scheduling.

Deciding to start therapy is a meaningful step toward caring for yourself and creating the life you want to live. Many of the emotional wounds we carry begin early in life and can continue to affect how we experience relationships, stress, and daily challenges.

In therapy, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can explore what you’ve been carrying and work toward healing and balance. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools that support your growth, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional regulation strategies, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I commonly support adults and older teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Together we focus on building healthier coping skills, strengthening self-awareness, and creating meaningful change in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what has brought you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, concerns, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My role is to listen, understand, and begin working with you to identify helpful strategies that support your emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

All sessions are currently offered through secure virtual therapy, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
