Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Ashly Rayne. I have been within the Mental Health field for over 8 years now. I have a Masters in Social Work and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW-C). I received my degree from Salisbury University in 2017. Specifically, I have worked within child welfare assisting families with gaining stability through community resources.

My approach to therapy

I like to build a connection with my clients through regular conversations. This allows for some flexibility with how we approach treatment. I am open and genuine, love to laugh but take things serious when it needs to be there. I am familiar with working with folks with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and trauma including physical, emotional and sexual trauma.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is us greeting to know one another and figuring out what your goals of therapy will be. Goals can change at anytime, I just like to have a baseline so we know how to progress. My goal is to create a warm environment that allows you to feel comfortable. We will also discuss boundaries so each person knows the “no’s” and the “go’s”.
