Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas and specialize in working with adults navigating complex trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, attachment wounds, and identity-related concerns. My advanced training includes DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, parts work/IFS, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. I provide long-term, experiential therapy from a strengths-based, attachment-focused perspective, helping clients build deeper self-understanding, resilience, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I believe therapy can hold both deep emotional work and moments of humor, using levity to make difficult conversations feel more approachable without minimizing your experiences. My practice is grounded in anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed principles. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, women, and men seeking to move beyond the constraints of internalized toxic masculinity.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll review your intake paperwork, discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, and make sure we have a shared understanding of your goals and expectations. I'll begin learning about your history, current concerns, and strengths so we can collaboratively develop a treatment plan and discuss the therapeutic approaches that may best support your healing. Most importantly, the first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we feel like a good fit for working together.
