Great to meet you!
You’ve spent enough time holding it all together.
Maybe you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, constantly battling anxiety, or quietly wondering if you’re really as capable as everyone thinks you are. Maybe perfectionism has convinced you that “good enough” is never enough and slowing down, making mistakes, or asking for help means you’re failing.
Therapy can be a place to finally put that weight down.
I am an Arkansas native, but started my professional career in Kansas City, MO, and Austin, TX, before moving back to Little Rock, AR. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas, and my advanced training includes DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, parts work/IFS, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, reduce anxiety, navigate imposter syndrome, and break free from the exhausting cycle of perfectionism. I provide long-term, experiential therapy from a strengths-based, attachment-focused perspective, helping clients build deeper self-understanding, resilience, and lasting change.
Together, we’ll work toward more than simply getting through the day. You’ll learn to feel safer in yourself, trust your abilities, set healthier expectations, and create a life that isn’t driven by fear or the need to be perfect.
