Great to meet you!

I firmly believe that the work of the heart is both the most challenging and the most empowering. I am passionate about helping humans heal, providing safety, and compassion in sessions.

My approach to therapy

I operate off of attachment- and emotion-focused models. I believe that the use of creative outlets (art, music, movement, writing) are powerful tools for healing and honor the unique qualities each client brings to therapy. I believe in addressing therapy on an individualized basis and am ready to meet clients where they are.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect increased clarity and emotional awareness from our sessions. Together, we'll identify and address the root causes of emotional pain, fostering healing and lasting change. Through creative expression and deep self-exploration, I’ll guide you toward self-compassion, healthier relationships, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
