Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe that each counseling relationship is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based practices that best support your goals. I have specialized training in treating both behavioral and substance use disorders, and I work with client's navigating eating disorders, mood disorders, trauma, attachment-related concerns, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can openly reflect, gain clarity, and work through the challenges you’re facing. Together, we will focus on your goals for treatment while building self-esteem, strengthening communication skills, and developing practical tools to help you navigate challenges and foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

The first session is designed to better understand you, your background, and what brings you to counseling. We will work together to identify your goals for treatment and discuss clinically appropriate approaches to support your progress. This initial meeting also allows you to ask questions, and begin building a sense of comfort and trust in the therapeutic process. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to support you as you begin your journey toward healing.
