Great to meet you!

Fondly, people call me "Dr Astra" because I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience in institutional and private practice settings. I have authored and presented works in the areas of workplace bullying, grief, clinical supervision, stress managment, spiritual maturation and Christian mediation.

My approach to therapy

I practice the science and art of therapuetic conversation designed to help you make life-affirming choices to bring about life-affirming chnage. When I begin work with you, I feel honored that you are allowing me to enter the sacred space, that is your life. Together we will co-create a healing process that empowers, and establishes you as the hero of your story. I strive to help you take back the territory that anxiety, depression, workplace bullies, narcissists and grief have claimed.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you and I will undertake the adventure and challenge that will result in establishing you as the unabashed hero of your story, and therebyl topple the tyranny of the problem. I do not practice a one-size-fits-all brand of therapy. As a never-before-seen entity forms, you and I connect and we co-create, in real time, the custom-nade, problem-solving, victorious solutions that are needed,
