Great to meet you!

I am so glad that you have chosen to embark on your journey to a healthy mind. I have over 10 years of experience in mental health education. I serve the community as an activist, therapist, and leader focused on sustainable change. I truly believe education is the key to a world of opportunities. I hope to help each client educate themselves on what makes them thrive.

My approach to therapy

I integrate Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The person-centered approach focuses on your needs and it incorporates setting goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time sensitive. Creating these SMART goals allows you to hold yourself accountable and take control of your success.

You can expect to be heard and accepted in each session. You can also expect to be challenged. The focus is on positive progress and we will work towards those goals that have been set each time.
