I am a fully licensed professional counselor in the states of PA NJ and DE with case management experience. Both my education and professional experiences makes me a uniquely qualified as a therapist to support their individual journeys.

My clinical skills include psychodynamic, CBT, DBT and EMDR approach with adults 18 and older who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger management, loss/grief, pregnancy/parenting, and life transitions.
