Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Aubrey, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have intensive background in relationships, crisis work, anxiety, depression, suicide ideations and personality disorders. I have worked in non-profit for individual and group therapy. I've been a therapist on the BetterHelp platform, the 988 hotline, and Charlie Health and had my own private practice for 4 years now.

My approach to therapy

Many of my clients say I have a nontraditional approach to therapy. I believe that therapy is collaborative and we should come up with a treatment plan together. I use multiple different modalities and aim to supply you with a plethora of therapy techniques overtime.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a space for clients to express past and present concerns while collaborating to identify the best coping skills and strategies to meet their individual goals. My aim is to make you feel heard, validated, and accepted. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
