Great to meet you!

I know that starting therapy can feel daunting, I pride myself on making therapy approachable and actually helpful. In our sessions, you can expect a conversational, warm, and guided approach backed by actionable tools that go far beyond basic journaling or breathing exercises.

My approach to therapy

If you are neurodivergent and/or have trauma, you may have realized that the typically recommended anxiety and depression management skills just don't work very well! This can be frustrating, make you feel misunderstood, and get in the way of your progress.

I'm here to share tools that are actually helpful for you. I'm a Certified ASD Clinical Specialist, Certified ADHD Professional, and I am also trained in EMDR. I have an integrative approach including emotion focused approaches, CBT, DBT, intersectional approaches, neurodivergent informed tools, trauma informed tools, self-compassion techniques, and mindfulness skills.

What you can expect from me

My clients often report an improvement in mood, reduction of symptoms, better understanding and management of their diagnoses and triggers, and a greater awareness and appreciation of themselves. I will cater our sessions to what feels most helpful for you, and we will leave out what doesn't.
