Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health therapist, I will bring evidence based practices to our sessions, while focusing on a whole person approach. We will focus on behavioral health support as well as you being the expert on you. As a trauma informed therapist, we will find the treatment modality that works for you, and your needs!

My approach to therapy

Our focus will be on building a team, and work together to understand your needs, and focus on getting your needs met, and then, your wants!! I am trained in DBT, CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and somatic practices.

What you can expect from me

We will focus on understanding your therapy goals and then we will work towards meeting those goals every time we meet, being flexible when/if needed, so that we can meet your unique needs and goals!
