Great to meet you!

Aubry received her Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy with an emphasis in Military Family Therapy from Northcentral University. Aubry received her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Montana.

Aubry would describe herself as a straight-shooter, values direct communication and thus loves working with couples/relationship dynamics where accountability and empathy collide.

My approach to therapy

Aubry has vast experience working with individuals who have experienced sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, PTSD, and other realms of trauma. Aubry is passionate about the world of complex trauma and believes the number one healer of trauma is connection; connection to self and connection to others.

Aubry is especially drawn to direct and deeply engaged couples work, particularly with partners navigating betrayal, attachment wounds, emotional disconnection, and high-conflict relational dynamics. She values helping couples move beyond surface-level communication patterns and into the deeper work of co-regulation, accountability, emotional safety, and repair.

What you can expect from me

In her personal life, Aubry is a proud Latina, born & raised in south central Texas. She is a lover of The Beatles, Pink Floyd, 90s grunge and rock. Aubry integrates meditation and yoga into her daily life and finds the most peace on the lake.
