Great to meet you!

Hello and congratulations on reaching step one on your journey of achieving! What we wish to achieve in our lives both mentally and emotionally is unique to each of us, however needing support at some point in one's life I believe is universal. I am a counselor licensed in Michigan with over 9 years of experience working as a therapist in individual, family and group settings.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and communication issues, parenting problems, crisis, thoughts of self harm, mood and personality disorders, loss, trauma including emotional and sexual abuse, OCD and ADHD. However I will tailor my support and treatment modalities to meet your unique and specific needs. Let's get started!
