Great to meet you!

I'm excited to bring a fresh perspective to psychiatric care, combining my nursing background with specialized training to support people working through anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I like getting to know each person as a whole individual, not just a diagnosis, and building a plan that fits their real life and goals. My approach stays open and flexible, since everyone comes to care for a different reason and at a different pace. I offer evening and weekend appointments so care can fit around a busy schedule. I look forward to working together and helping you feel supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm and open minded. I take time to understand what each client is going through with anxiety, depression, or PTSD, and I stay flexible about how we get there together. I want every client to feel heard, respected, and energized about their own progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, expect a friendly, no pressure conversation. We will talk through what brought you in, whether that's anxiety, depression, PTSD, or something else, and start mapping out a plan that feels doable and realistic for your life.
