Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping high achievers, professional athletes, and neurodivergent leaders move beyond "just getting by" to achieve true excellence. With over 15 years of experience, including my time as an Army Logistics and Medical Officer, I’ve learned that success in high-pressure environments requires more than just hard work, it requires the right strategy. I feel privileged to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their lives by clearing the mental blocks that stand in their way.

My background in the military and corporate leadership gives me a unique perspective on the weight of responsibility. Outside of the office, you might find me spending time with my certified therapy cat, Burger, who sometimes assists in our work together. I am deeply committed to providing a space where my clients feel safe and empowered during their time with me, ensuring that our work translates into real-world resilience and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, direct, and focused on your future rather than just dwelling on the past. I combine clinical insight with industrial-organizational psychology to create a roadmap for lasting change. Whether we are utilizing EMDR for performance enhancement or building executive functioning skills to manage ADHD, the goal is always centered on actionable outcomes. I want my clients to feel safe and empowered during their time with me, knowing that every session is designed to sharpen their clarity and build their capacity for leadership.

We’ll work together to identify the specific patterns or communication hurdles that are slowing you down. By integrating tools like BIFF communication strategies and strength-based coaching, we focus on what makes you unique. I hope that my clients will be able to positively grow while working together, moving from a place of stress to a position of sustained high performance and personal satisfaction.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a low-pressure opportunity for us to get on the same page and figure out exactly what you need to thrive. We’ll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and the specific obstacles like burnout, anxiety, or neurodivergent challenges—that are currently in the way. Clients should expect to feel heard and supported throughout our time together as we begin to outline a clear, manageable plan of action.

I believe that the best work happens when there is a foundation of trust and a shared vision for success. We’ll wrap up our first meeting with a better understanding of your unique cognitive strengths and a sense of direction for our future sessions. My aim is to make the process feel straightforward and empowering from day one, giving you the tools to start improving your performance and your life immediately.
