Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, where I specialized in mental health counseling and addictions. My professional background includes working with teens, families, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I use a humanistic, solution-focused approach, integrating tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I bring empathy, curiosity, and an open mind to every session—meeting you where you are while challenging unhelpful patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, lack of confidence, or you've lost your way, I aim to create a space that is both supportive and growth-oriented—where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, my goals are to help clients increase emotional awareness, build healthier coping skills, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Together, we work to strengthen self-worth, improve communication in relationships, and develop clear boundaries. I support clients in identifying behaviors that no longer serve them, building motivation for change, and creating a more compassionate connection with themselves. For those healing from trauma or navigating life transitions, therapy provides a safe space to process experiences, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence and resilience.
