Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with experience supporting children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by their emotions or stuck in cycles they can’t break. Much of my work focuses on anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and helping clients understand how their past experiences shape their present‐day reactions.

I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a trauma‐informed lens, creating a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You can expect a non‐judgmental presence who meets you exactly where you are and helps you make sense of what you’re carrying.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach that considers your emotional world, relationships, identity, and lived experiences. We’ll work together to understand what’s driving your patterns, heal old wounds, and create space for growth. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, build healthier ways of responding, and strengthen your sense of self‐compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about your current concerns, your history, and what you want therapy to help with. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences, and we’ll discuss what our work together might look like. You can expect a safe, supportive environment where you can speak freely and feel heard.
