Great to meet you!

With over 26 years of experience, I bring a steady, compassionate presence to therapy and a deep understanding of how life’s challenges can affect our emotional well-being.

I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings, which allows me to meet each client with flexibility, insight, and respect for every individual's unique story. I believe healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship, and I value trust, collaboration, and hope as essential parts of the process.

I specialize in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and OCD, and I understand how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can feel. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported, so we can work together toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work with you to understand what’s getting in the way of you meeting your goals and to identify the strengths and coping skills you have.

Therapy with me is both supportive and practical. I tailor treatment to your individual needs, drawing from proven therapeutic methods while remaining flexible and responsive to what works best for you.

I aim to help clients move out of feeling stuck or overwhelmed and toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on helping you feel comfortable and getting to know what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your concerns, your goals, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

We’ll also talk about how therapy works, discuss next steps, and begin identifying areas where you’d like support.

My priority is that you leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the process ahead.
