Self-pay patients: schedule directly with me by calling 734-921-1606. Currently unable to accept Medicare/Medicaid.

I am currently accepting new patients with Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, United Healthcare, Medical Mutual and self-pay options available. Self-pay visits are $150 for both initial evaluations and follow-up appointments.

For Ohio patients, visits must be conducted in person. Michigan residents may schedule telehealth appointments.

My practice focuses on evidence-based, long-term treatment strategies. I generally do not prescribe benzodiazepines and instead prioritize safer, non-habit-forming options
