Great to meet you!
Therapy isn't a straight path. It's a trail through wild terrain, where we read our emotional compass, patch the backpack of self-worth, and maybe even dance in the rain.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, disability, questions of identity, major life transitions, and the many complexities that come with being human. This space is especially affirming of LGBTQIA+ folks and neurodivergent minds.
My background in Rehabilitation Counseling continues to inform my work with individuals navigating disability, chronic illness, life transitions, and the many ways people adapt to change throughout life.
I believe therapy should be a place where authenticity is welcome and there is no pressure to be anything other than yourself. I welcome quirky, quiet, questioning, overwhelmed, curious, and complex humans alike. Humor can be healing, and meaningful change often begins with curiosity, self-compassion, and the courage to show up as you are.
