Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who’s passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s messier moments. Whether you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, struggling with low self-worth, wrestling with grief, or exploring big questions about faith and purpose, I’m here to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued.

I work primarily with teens and adults, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you build practical tools and find hope, even in the midst of struggle.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in higher education and ministry, supporting youth and college-aged students as they found their voice and navigated transitions. That background still shapes my work today—I care deeply about helping people reconnect with their values, build resilience, and move toward healing with intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that growth is always possible. If you're looking for someone who will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and a little bit of humor along the way, I’d be honored to work with you.

What you can expect from me

At your first appointment, you can expect a two-way conversation. I’ll ask questions to get to know you—your background, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain. At the same time, you’ll have the chance to get to know me, my style, and how I work, so you can see if I’m a good fit for your needs.

We’ll also talk about what therapy can look like, go over confidentiality and boundaries, and set some initial goals together. My priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring whether this feels like the right place for you.
