Great to meet you!

As an LCSW with over a decade of experience, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. My integrative approach combines ACT, relational therapy, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based methods to reduce stress, improve coping, and explore identity. I view healing holistically, focusing on mind, body, and environment.

In 2010, I graduated with a Master of Social Work from Simmons University. Since then, I have practiced with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I also have a Doctorate in Education from the University of New England. I am also an Associate Clinical Faculty member in the School of Social Work at the University of New England.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership. Together, we’ll identify and set goals that matter to you—whether it’s managing anxiety, navigating relationships, building resilience, or finding clarity during life transitions. As we work together, your goals may shift and grow as you gain insight and develop new skills. I’m here to provide support, guidance, and practical tools so you can continue moving toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values, even when challenges arise.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is just a chance to get to know each other and talk about what’s going on in your life. I typically ask about your values, strengths, goals, and why you've come to therapy. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable, focus on what matters to you, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
