Great to meet you!

Seeking the support of a therapist is a brave and vulnerable experience! I honor this reach for support, by attuning to your inner-wisdom and supporting you in identifying, sorting, and clarifying what you already know about yourself. I am a holder of hope and offer deep compassion and care along with steady and direct guidance. I love supporting my clients toward the freedom they seek, particularly in their relationships.

My approach to therapy

I draw from attachment based, and experiential modalities. I will support you in exploring your inner world, and the context around you. We'll discover the barriers that come up for you, and collaborate to find new ways to engage with yourself and in relationship.

I strive to provide a non-judgmental, compassionate, supportive, and positive therapeutic environment that encourages growth and healing. I believe clients know themselves best and will support an organic unfolding and discovering of internal wisdom. I believe problems occur in context and bring to my approach an understanding of social justice and cultural considerations. I work to bring equity into the relationship(s) in the room, and the social systems in which they exist.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will explore what is bringing you to therapy now. We will explore the challenges that you face in your life, and relevant history. We will explore your strengths, and focus on connecting. I'll answer questions you have, and we'll collaborate on your treatment plan.
