Great to meet you!

My name is Ayanna Riley, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan, working with the adult population. My professional background includes working with veterans, hospice patients, and individuals navigating complex medical, emotional, and life transitions. And just for fun—when I’m not providing mental health care, you’ll usually find me working out or boxing, because I truly believe movement is a powerful tool for both mental and physical resilience.

My approach to therapy

With advanced training in psychiatry and diverse clinical experience, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe mental health treatment should be collaborative and individualized, and my goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence and purpose.

What you can expect from me

We will review your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, medications, lifestyle factors, and personal goals for treatment. I’ll also take time to understand how your symptoms are affecting your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. My priority is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, informed, and supported, with a clear understanding of next steps and confidence in your care moving forward.
