Great to meet you!

All are welcome in this space. Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. Life can come with unique challenges. My primary goal is to create a calm, safe, non-judgmental space for you to heal and explore those challenges. Finding safety and comfort in your body and mind again. I have been in the field of social work for over 8 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

When you and I work together, we explore the modalities of healing that are specific to your life journey. These different modalities can include: EMDR, grief, mindfulness, and somatic movement. Just to name a few. My approach is an intersectional one. You are treated on an individual basis because you and your journey are unique and special.

What you can expect from our first session

Let's explore to identify and resolve the root cause of present challenges, restore overall wellbeing, and co-create a holistic practice for life-long resilience and self-efficacy supporting your personal best!
