Great to meet you!

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS JULY 13, 2026

I bring experience as an individual, couples, and family therapist. My clinical work is informed by training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed care, and a deep understanding of how early relationships and family dynamics shape who we become.

My approach to therapy

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS JULY 13, 2026

I take an attachment-based, relational approach to therapy, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy and trauma-informed modalities to help individuals, couples, and families understand and shift relational patterns. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, identify underlying wounds, and develop healthier, more connected ways of relating to themselves and others.

My work is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping clients repair emotional injuries, break intergenerational cycles, and build relationships that feel safe, secure, and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS JULY 13, 2026

In our sessions, you can expect a balance of emotional insight and practical tools to support healing and connection. Whether you're navigating the impact of parental substance use, working through relationship struggles, or striving to deepen emotional intimacy, I tailor therapy to your needs. My hope is that each session leaves you with greater clarity, self-awareness, and tangible steps toward the relationships you want to grow.

If you're looking for a therapist who understands the long-term impact of family dynamics and the complexity of attachment and connection, I invite you to reach out. Let’s work together to create meaningful change.
